How can I ensure that the gift cards sold on the Okuru App are not fake gift cards

As part of our commitment to transparency and security, we would like to provide you with some important information about Okuru and our digital gift cards.

Our Partnership: Okuru maintains a contractual relationship with one of the world’s largest providers of rewards, incentives, and loyalty programs. Our digital gift cards are among the products managed by this provider.

Security Measures: The Okuru App relies on seamless API integration and robust software communication between the provider and Okuru platforms. Our security protocols are meticulously designed to safeguard against unauthorized access.

Rest assured that the gift cards available on the Okuru App are authentic retailer gift cards.

Recipient Experience: When a buyer sends a gift card through our platform, the recipient can only access it by downloading the Okuru App. The recipient’s app wallet securely stores the gift card.

This means that gift card transmissions occur exclusively from app to app.

Unlike some unscrupulous practices seen elsewhere, we do not allow the sale of Okuru gift cards on public marketplaces such as Facebook.

Trustworthy Providers: We encourage our users to always choose legitimate providers for digital products like gift cards and concert tickets.

Okuru is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and consumer protection.

Our Commitment: Okuru Pty Ltd is an Australian registered company governed by consumer protection legislation. We take our responsibilities seriously and strive to create a safe and reliable platform for our valued users.
