How do I purchase Gift Cards?

Step 1: Create Your Account

Start by creating an account in the Okuru app. You can sign up quickly using your email, Google, iCloud, or Facebook account.

Step 2: View Available Gift Cards

Once you’re logged in, the app will automatically show you gift cards from your default country, based on your mobile number.

Want to explore gift cards from another country? Just tap the dropdown menu in the top right corner of your dashboard to switch regions.

Step 3: Choose and Purchase a Gift Card

Browse through the options, tap the gift card you’d like, select the amount, and proceed to pay securely with PayPal.

You’ll be redirected to the PayPal checkout to complete your purchase.

Note: A small transaction fee applies to each purchase.

Step 4: Access Your Gift Card

After payment, your purchased gift card will appear instantly in your Okuru wallet.

Tap on the card to decide how you’d like to use it:

• Gift It → Send it to someone special.
• Use It → Keep it for yourself.

Step 5: Gifting Made Fun

If you choose “Gift It,” you’ll be taken to a message screen.

Here you can:

• Add a fun gif or emoji for any occasion
• Write a personal message to make your gift extra meaningful

Step 6: Using a Gift Card for Yourself

If you’d like to keep the card, it will be stored under the “New” collection in your wallet.

Once you choose to use a gift card for yourself, it can no longer be gifted to someone else.
